Appointment setting B2B outbound · US & international From ₹54,000 a month

Meetings on the calendar,
not leads in a list.

A lead is a name. An appointment is a decision-maker who has agreed a date and a time. We run multi-channel outbound - email, LinkedIn and calling - and hand your sales team a calendar that is already full.

The problem this solves

Your closers should be closing

A senior salesperson spending their morning on prospecting is the most expensive lead generation you can buy.

01

Prospecting eats selling time

Research, list building, sequencing and chasing consume more than half of a typical sales week. None of it is the part you hired them for.

02

Hiring an SDR is a six-month bet

Recruitment, salary, tooling, ramp and management. If it does not work you have lost two quarters and started again.

03

Volume without qualification is noise

A hundred unqualified meetings is worse than ten qualified ones, because it teaches your team that meetings do not convert.

04

Deliverability quietly kills campaigns

Unverified lists and unauthenticated domains mean your outreach never arrives. The failure looks identical to being ignored.

05

One channel is not a strategy

Email alone converts a fraction of what email plus LinkedIn plus a call does, because different buyers respond in different places.

06

Nobody owns the follow-up

Most positive replies die between the reply and the calendar invite. That handoff is where the majority of outbound revenue leaks.

The four services
Service 01

Email outreach

The volume channel, run so it actually arrives.

Prospect lists are built to your specification - geography, industry, company size, decision-maker title - then verified against syntax, domain, mailbox response and spam traps before a single message is sent. Uncleaned lists typically return 12–25% invalid, and sending to them drives your bounce rate past the threshold where mailbox providers begin filtering everything you send.

Sending domains are separate from your primary domain, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warmed over several weeks before volume ramps. Campaigns run as sequences rather than single sends, with A/B testing on subject line, opening and offer, and every positive reply routed to a human within the hour.

  • Hand-built prospect lists to your exact specification
  • Full verification before send - syntax, domain, mailbox, spam trap
  • Separate sending domains, authenticated and warmed
  • Multi-step sequences with A/B testing at each stage
  • Reply handling and appointment booking
  • Weekly reporting on delivery, open, reply and booked meetings
Service 02

LinkedIn outreach

Where senior buyers actually read messages.

Email reaches inboxes that are already saturated. LinkedIn reaches the same people in a channel where a message from a real person with a credible profile still gets read - particularly at director level and above, and particularly in the US where inbox filtering is most aggressive.

Outreach runs from established, seasoned profiles with Sales Navigator access, not from newly created accounts that get restricted within a fortnight. Connection requests, follow-ups and content engagement are sequenced together so the prospect sees you more than once before being asked for anything.

  • Seasoned, verified profiles with full connection history
  • Sales Navigator targeting by title, company, seniority and signal
  • Connection, message and follow-up sequencing
  • Profile optimisation so the outreach lands credibly
  • Content engagement to warm prospects before outreach
  • Conversation handling through to a booked meeting
Service 03

Dedicated SDR - multi-channel

A full sales development function, without the hire.

A named sales development representative works your market across email, LinkedIn and the phone, in your timezone, using your positioning. They are managed, coached and quality-checked by us, and they report into your weekly sales review as though they sat on your floor.

This is the option that replaces a hire. The economics are straightforward: a US-based SDR costs a multiple of this once salary, tooling, management and ramp are counted, and takes a quarter to become productive. This is productive in week two, and if it is not working you stop.

  • One named SDR, dedicated to your account
  • All three channels - email, LinkedIn and outbound calling
  • Working hours aligned to your target timezone
  • Trained on your positioning, objections and qualification criteria
  • Centralised quality control on every booked meeting
  • Attends your weekly pipeline review
Service 04

Guaranteed qualified appointments

A fixed number of BANT-qualified meetings, or you do not pay for them.

You commit to a monthly number of appointments and we deliver them. Every meeting is qualified on budget, authority, need and timeline before it reaches your calendar, and each one is confirmed with the prospect ahead of the call so no-shows are the exception rather than the norm.

If we do not deliver the agreed number inside the month, a further thirty days is used to make up the shortfall. If it is still short after that, you are refunded for every undelivered appointment. That is the whole guarantee - no clauses about qualified traffic or best efforts.

  • Ten BANT-qualified appointments per month, guaranteed
  • Qualification confirmed against your own criteria before booking
  • Prospect confirmation ahead of every call to reduce no-shows
  • Full multi-channel programme behind it
  • Thirty-day buffer period to make up any shortfall
  • Refund for undelivered appointments, in writing

Priced below the market,
deliberately

Every service sits under the established US providers on a like-for-like comparison, because our delivery team is in India and our overheads are not in San Francisco.

Prices adapt to your location.

Three-month minimum on every service. Outbound needs a full cycle before the data means anything - anyone selling you a one-month trial is selling you a coin toss. Data, sending infrastructure and Sales Navigator licences are included in the fee. Multi-market or multi-language campaigns are scoped separately. Compare against the other services →

How it runs

Live inside three weeks

Define the target

Geography, industry, company size, decision-maker title, disqualification criteria. Written down and agreed.

Week 1
2

Build and verify

Prospect list built to spec, verified, and sending infrastructure set up, authenticated and warmed.

Week 1–2
3

Launch and test

Sequences go live across channels with defined A/B hypotheses rather than a single message and hope.

Week 3
4

Book and report

Positive replies handled within the hour, meetings confirmed, and a weekly report on what produced them.

Ongoing
Whether this is a fit

Strong fit

  • B2B, with a defined buyer you can describe by title and company size
  • Average contract value above roughly $5,000 - the economics need room
  • A salesperson able to take the meetings we book
  • Selling into the US, UK, GCC or Australia
  • Willing to give three months before judging the result

Not a fit

  • B2C, or a transaction value that cannot support outbound cost
  • No clarity on who the buyer is - that is a positioning problem first
  • Nobody available to attend the meetings booked
  • Expecting closed revenue rather than qualified conversations
  • A one-month trial with a decision at day thirty
Questions

What buyers ask first

What counts as a qualified appointment?

A decision-maker who has agreed a specific date and time for a discovery call or demo, and who meets the qualification criteria we agreed in writing before the campaign started. Not a form fill, not a content download, and not someone who said “send me information”.

How does the guarantee actually work?

On the guaranteed service we commit to ten appointments in a thirty-day window. If we fall short, a further thirty days is used to make up the difference. If it is still short at the end of that, you are refunded for each undelivered appointment. It is written into the agreement, not stated on a website.

Whose domain and data do you use?

Sending runs from separate domains we set up and warm, not your primary domain - so a deliverability problem never touches your normal business email. The prospect data is built for you and handed over at the end of the engagement.

Can you work our timezone?

Yes. The delivery team operates on your target market's hours, not ours. For US campaigns that means US business hours for calling and reply handling.

Why are you cheaper than the US providers?

Because the delivery team is in India and the overhead structure is different. The method is the same, the tooling is the same, and the quality control is centralised. You are not paying for a San Francisco office.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any data or positioning is shared. Standard mutual NDA, or yours if you have one.

Describe your
buyer. We'll book them.

Bring your ideal customer profile and average contract value to a fifteen-minute call. I will tell you whether outbound is the right channel for you at all - and if it is not, what is.
